I have been a fitness and somewhat of a health nut since I was a teenager. The normal for me was to exercise each day after work to help remove any stress and use up the calories I consumed. Four miles at least 5 days per week and I used to run 5Ks and 10Ks. I have been wanting to attempt these again, but due to the virus, I am unable to sign up and run. But I still work out each day with a small home gym, plus I end up walking between 5-10 miles on the days that I work.


Exercise and eating healthy (healthy lifestyle) is vital to having a successful life. It increases your energy level, makes you more happy and less stressed, more motivated and less depressed and angry. It is also great for the brain, it removes the fog, you become more creative, learning becomes easier. The brain is just like any other muscle, use it or lose it. 


For many years I was working as a chef and gained tons of knowledge about foods and how to prepare it, creating menus and recipes. After preparing meals for hundreds of people each day, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchens and prepping for the next day, there was a lot of stress going on. After running or lifting weights, I felt much better about handling the next day at work. I had more energy to get the work done and started to experience less stress.



The food service business changed a lot since 2009 and I did not find it so enjoying anymore and decided to get more involved in another passion, which is exercise and sports science. Below is a list of the qualifications I have obtained and will be expanding this list.
